This 4-day training programme is designed to enhance regional capacities in drone industry management, urban mobility, innovation, and startup development. It will provide selected participants with the opportunity to strengthen their skills in business development, regulatory frameworks, and the practical application of drone technologies, while fostering cross-border collaboration.

Dates: 7–10 July 2025

Location: Podgorica, Montenegro

Duration: 4 days (30 hours)

- 6 participants from Montenegro

- 5 participants from Italy

- 5 participants from Albania

Accommodation, meals, and training materials

Travel expenses covered for participants from Italy and Albania

Certificate: Participants who successfully complete the training (minimum 75% attendance) will receive an official certificate.
