Top Gun Acceleration Program has officially begun

The MTSB IV Acceleration Program Has Officially Launched!

We’re thrilled to announce the start of the Acceleration Program, in collaboration with our partners at the Maine Center for Entrepreneurs!

This program is one of the most valuable segments of the fourth Montenegrin Technology Startup Bridge project, supported by the U.S. Department of State.

This year’s program features top finalists startups from our pre-acceleration Startup Readiness Program. These startups have earned their spot and are now embarking on an intensive journey designed to take their businesses to the next level.

The program kicks off with an online two-months phase, offering targeted workshops, mentoring sessions, and interactive activities to strengthen their market readiness and business strategies. Early next year, the program culminates with an in-person phase in Portland, Maine, where participants will immerse themselves in the U.S. market.

Second Montenegro Strategy Roundtable Session

Today, we hosted the second Montenegro Startup Round Table Strategy Session, this time at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro.

The session brought together key players from Montenegro’s innovation ecosystem, including representatives from Science and Technology Park, EBRD, EIT Montenegro, the U.S. Embassy in Montenegro, the Innovation Fund, Tehnopolis, the Capital City Podgorica, Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation, and leading academic institutions like the Faculty of Economics and University of Donja Gorica.

Building on the momentum of the first session, we worked together to define actionable steps toward a more cohesive and impactful startup environment. The guidance from the experts from Netherlands helped us tailor the approach to global best practices, ensuring that the strategies we develop are both ambitious and achievable.

A heartfelt thank you to all attendees for their active engagement and collaborative spirit. We believe that through joint efforts and a shared vision, we can achieve remarkable progress and establish Montenegro as a leader in the global startup landscape. Let’s keep moving forward!

Digital Den x Nashville Entrepreneur Center: A Recap of the Digital Den Venture Studio Showcase Event

Last night marked a monumental milestone for Digital Den as we successfully hosted the Digital Den Venture Studio Showcase Event in collaboration with the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. This virtual gathering brought together over 70 participants, including investors, industry leaders, and innovators from the U.S., Montenegro, and the broader region. It was a groundbreaking moment for Balkan startups as they pitched their innovative ideas to an esteemed American audience.

Five outstanding startups from our portfolio—Flourish, FilamenTech, Inc., Neo Pill, ViewECG, and WellNuo LLC—presented their cutting-edge solutions. Their pitches captivated the investor panel, which included representatives from prominent U.S. firms such as Claritas Capital, Frist Cressey Ventures, and FCA Venture Partners.

This event not only highlighted the depth of talent within our ecosystem but also underscored the powerful partnership between Digital Den and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. Together, we’re bridging the gap between Montenegrin startups and the U.S. market, creating new opportunities for growth and collaboration on a global scale.

What’s next?

This showcase was just the beginning. It reaffirmed the global potential of Montenegrin innovation and strengthened Digital Den’s mission to elevate regional startups to even greater heights. With such a strong foundation, we’re poised for even more impactful collaborations and success stories in the future.
