The training brought together 16 professionals from Montenegro, Italy, and Albania, creating a dynamic and collaborative environment for learning, discussion, and exchange. Through a series of interactive sessions, participants explored how innovation and business development intersect with the growing drone industry, while also examining the public sector’s role in shaping urban air mobility. 

Special attention was given to the legal and institutional frameworks that support startup growth, as well as to practical tools for navigating the complex relationship between technology, policy, and public interest.
