Digital Den participated in this year’s Business Angel Summit (BAS), organized by our partners from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Foundation 787.

As one of the most permanent startup events in the Western Balkans, held annually in Sarajevo, BAS connects investors, VCs, and top startups in the region. This year, the event offered a robust program exploring investment trends, regulatory frameworks, and funding tools across Europe. BAS gathered over 150 investors and showcased presentations from 10 leading startups from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, and Montenegro.

Our CEO engaged in networking, exchanging insights, and fostering connections to strengthen the regional startup ecosystem.

Digital Den x Nashville Entrepreneur Center: A Recap of the Digital Den Venture Studio Showcase Event

Last night marked a monumental milestone for Digital Den as we successfully hosted the Digital Den Venture Studio Showcase Event in collaboration with the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. This virtual gathering brought together over 70 participants, including investors, industry leaders, and innovators from the U.S., Montenegro, and the broader region. It was a groundbreaking moment for Balkan startups as they pitched their innovative ideas to an esteemed American audience.Five outstanding startups from our portfolio—Flourish, FilamenTech, Inc., Neo Pill, ViewECG, and WellNuo LLC—presented their cutting-edge solutions. Their pitches captivated the investor panel, which included representatives from prominent U.S. firms such as Claritas Capital, Frist Cressey Ventures, and FCA Venture Partners.This event not only highlighted the depth of talent within our ecosystem but also underscored the powerful partnership between Digital Den and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. Together, we’re bridging the gap between Montenegrin startups and the U.S. market, creating new opportunities for growth and collaboration on a global scale.What’s next?This showcase was just the beginning. It reaffirmed the global potential of Montenegrin innovation and strengthened Digital Den’s mission to elevate regional startups to even greater heights. Guest Lecture by Jelena Janković at the Entrepreneurial Nest

Digital Den, in collaboration with the University of Donja Gorica, hosted another guest lecture at the Entrepreneurial Nest this Thursday. Jelena Janković, co-founder of the startup 3 Hills, shared her remarkable journey from an idea to a successful business, highlighting the importance of courage, strategy, and talent development in the gaming industry.Students had the opportunity to receive valuable insights on how to break into the IT and gaming worlds, with Jelena captivating the audience with her passion and expertise.
